On Thursday, February 26th from 6-8PM, Amaranth will be hosting our first Coffeehouse event of the Spring 26’ semester! We invite you to the Student Union Dining Hall to watch and/or perform poetry, karaoke, standup or any other original work. Curious about your submission status? Look no further, here is a step-by-step guide to checking your submission status! Black History Month is a celebration of the contributions and achievements throughout history made by African Americans. We at Amaranth, want to highlight and recognize some of the most prominent black writers throughout history. Our second submission deadline for Amaranth Volume 51 has been set! We publish fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, drama & screenplays, visual art & photography, and more. Amaranth, Student Magazine at Anne Arundel Community College, Wins Superior for Recognizing Excellence in Art and Literary Magazines (REALM) Contest LAST DAY TO SUBMIT TO THE FALL 2025 READING PERIOD. CLOSES AT 11:59PM TWO DAYS LEFT TO SUBMIT TO THE FALL 2025 READING PERIOD. SUBMISSIONS CLOSE @ 11:59PM DECEMBER 17TH. THREE DAYS REMAINING TO SUBMIT TO THE FALL 2025 READING PERIOD.
